All sales are final unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

Because our products are handmade in small batches, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • Description of the issue

We will review and issue a replacement or refund if approved.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used candles

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items


SHIPPING CLAIMS

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier for delivery issues.


REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
