PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods or product drops, processing times may be slightly extended.


SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.


SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or similar services depending on destination and package size.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, sazón + scent is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If needed, we will do our best to assist in locating your package.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
